We are a private information resource. We explain the process as it has been described through official channels, in plain language, so students and parents can follow it with confidence.

The official source is the portal

The only official place to check your record and submit is the portal: pmychromebooks.ibcc.edu.pk. Your education board and your school are the official channels for record questions. If anything on this site ever differs from the official portal, the portal is right and we are wrong — follow the portal, and treat our page as out of date until we fix it.

No guarantees

We work to keep our guides accurate, but scheme details and portal behaviour can change without notice. Nothing on this site guarantees that your record will be found, that a submission will be accepted, or that any student will be selected or receive a Chromebook. Selection is based on board records and merit, and those decisions belong entirely to the boards and the scheme authorities.

The scheme is free — beware of imitations

There is no fee at any step of this scheme: not for checking a record, not for uploading documents, not for submitting. Websites or individuals asking for payment in the scheme's name are not official. Do not pay them, and do not hand them your documents or student numbers. Use only the official portal address above, typed carefully, and go through your school for anything the portal cannot answer.
