Contact and Community Help

Stuck on a step? The fastest help for this scheme usually comes from people, not forms. Here is where to ask, in the order we would try.

Ask in the community here

Use the discussions and reports on this site to ask your question and read what other students ran into. Plenty of record problems turn out to be shared ones: a board that has not uploaded yet, a roll number typed with one digit off, a document file that is too large. Reading recent discussions before you post often answers your question on the spot, and posting your own experience helps the next student from your district.

Please keep personal numbers out of public posts. Never share your full CNIC or B-Form number, your date of birth with your full name, or a photo of your reference slip in a public thread. Describe the problem — "record not found for Grade 9, Lahore board" — without posting the private details behind it.

Your school is your official first stop

Your school office holds your enrolment details and deals with your board every week. If your record does not appear on the portal, if a name or date on the record looks wrong, or if you are unsure which roll or registration number your board holds for you, ask the school office first. They can confirm the exact details and raise record issues with the board through the proper channel.

For the portal itself

Anything about your actual record, your submission, or your selection can only be settled through the official route: the portal at pmychromebooks.ibcc.edu.pk and your education board. This site is an unofficial guide, so we cannot look up individual records, change submissions, or speak for IBCC or any board.

One last safety note: if anyone contacts you claiming they can fix your record or confirm your selection for a fee, it is a scam. The scheme is free at every step, and real updates come through your school, your board, and the official portal — never through a paid middleman.
